• Monitor and follow commercial terms, including L/C processing and documentation, to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.

• Assist and circulate strategic price levels for marine and performance coating products to meet revenue, profitability, and market positioning goals.

• Actively engage in institutional tenders, including DGDP, NSDC, MES, NAVY, and other public sector procurement bodies, ensuring competitive submissions and compliance.

• Facilitate effective collaboration between Performance Coatings (PC) sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and Marketing teams to ensure aligned execution of business strategies.

• Assist in accurate product forecasting to determine appropriate inventory levels, reduce stock-outs or overstocking, and maintain supply continuity.

• Ensure Chromascan (Tinter) setup and facilitation based on customer requirements for on-demand product availability and color accuracy.

• Oversee registration, testing, and certification processes (e.g., MTC) required for product approvals in targeted markets or institutions.

• Evaluate and recommend product additions or deletions based on market trends, customer feedback, and product performance analysis.

• Support sales and technical service teams by delivering comprehensive product training, technical guidance, and being the key resource for all product-related queries.

• Participate in joint customer visits with the sales team to promote products, gather feedback, and strengthen client relationships.

• Identify new uses for existing products through ongoing customer engagement and market insight, and translate these into new product development projects.
