The selected candidate will primarily teach Science up to Grade 5 while also teaching English, Mathematics, and Bangla in the Primary Section. Every lesson should naturally integrate Islamic moral values, helping students develop integrity, compassion, responsibility, and respect alongside academic excellence.

· Teach Science to students up to Grade 5 following the Cambridge Primary Curriculum.
· Teach English, Mathematics, and Bangla in the Primary Section as assigned.
· Prepare effective lesson plans aligned with Cambridge learning objectives.
· Deliver engaging, inquiry-based, and activity-oriented classroom lessons.
· Develop students' critical thinking, communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
· Prepare worksheets, assessments, projects, classroom displays, and other learning resources.
· Conduct formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate student records.
· Provide timely feedback to students and communicate academic progress with parents.
· Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of learners with varying abilities.
· Maintain a positive, safe, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
· Integrate Islamic Moral Education (Akhlaq) naturally into classroom teaching and daily interactions.
· Foster values such as honesty, kindness, gratitude, respect, responsibility, empathy, and discipline.
· Participate actively in school events, assemblies, professional development programs, parent-teacher meetings, and other academic activities.
· Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching quality and student learning outcomes.
· Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the school management.
· Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Zoology, Botany, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or an equivalent relevant discipline from a recognized public university. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills and a strong command of written and spoken English.
· Candidates with B.Ed., M.Ed., M.A in English Literature and Linguistics with Science background in H.S.C. or Cambridge teaching qualifications/training will receive preference.
· Strong academic background in Science is highly desirable.
· 1–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school is preferred.
· Experience teaching the Cambridge Curriculum will be considered a strong advantage.
· Fresh graduates with excellent academic records, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
· Age: Not more than 35 years (may be relaxed for highly qualified and experienced candidates).
· Excellent spoken and written English.
· Strong knowledge of primary-level Science, English, Mathematics, and Bangla.
· Sound understanding of child psychology and child-centered teaching methodologies.
· Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
· Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and educational technology.
· Positive attitude, professional integrity, and willingness to learn.
· Strong Islamic values and commitment to nurturing students' moral and character development.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a professional educational environment.
