• Age 27 to 35 years

• Experience Oracle software in account related work get preference.

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (vouchers, journals, ledgers).

• Record all financial transactions accurately in accounting software/ERP/Oracle.

• Prepare and verify payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices in the Oracle System

• Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Analyze financial data, expenses, and variances.

• Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments.

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up for collections.

• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly.

• Manage petty cash and daily cash transactions.

• Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies.

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and reports.

• Use accounting software/ERP (Oracle) for financial entries and reporting.
