• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry or B.Pharm from a reputed university.

• Age At least 29 years

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in Cosmetic or Pharmaceutical R&D and Formulation will be preferred.

• Candidates with hands-on formulation development experience will be given priority.

• Additional Requirements

• Practical knowledge of Emulsion, Herbal and Medicated Formulation.

• Practical knowledge of laboratory instruments such as pH Meter, Viscometer and UV-Visible Spectrophotometer.

• Knowledge of HPLC will be an added advantage.

• Strong documentation, analytical and communication skills.

• Creative, responsible and target-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with Production and QC teams.

Zuventure Wellness is a growing Cosmetic & Medicated Product Manufacturing Company. We are looking for a competent and experienced Chemist to join our R&D & Formulation Department.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and formulate Cosmetic and Medicated products such as Face Wash, Shampoo, Soap, Lotion, Serum, Hair Oil, Toothpaste, etc.

• Conduct research and development for new product formulation, stability studies and product cost analysis.

• Evaluate and approve raw materials according to established specifications.

• Prepare, review and maintain formulation, specification and technical documentation.

• Prepare and maintain relevant BSTI and DGDA product dossiers and technical documents.

• Provide technical support to the Production Department and troubleshoot batch-related formulation issues.

• Ensure formulations comply with approved specifications, applicable BSTI/DGDA requirements and relevant INCI nomenclature.

• Maintain proper R&D records, laboratory documentation and formulation development reports.

• Salary will be offered based on experience, qualifications and competency.
