• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Bicycle

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)/Mechanical Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)/Mechanical Engineering

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Bicycle

• Age 18 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience in Bicycle Manufacturing/Assembly Industry will be highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning and manufacturing operations.

• Good command of MS Excel, data analysis and reporting.Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

• Prepare and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on orders and delivery dates.

• Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly production plans as per sales/export order and delivery schedule.

• Follow up section-wise production progress and ensure on-time completion of each stage.

• Calculate raw material and component requirement from BOM and coordinate with Store and Procurement.

• Monitor line capacity, manpower and workload; identify bottleneck and take corrective action.

• Prepare daily production report, plan vs. actual analysis and monthly MIS for management.

• Coordinate with Production, Store, Quality, Maintenance and Commercial team for smooth execution of the plan.
