• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology
• Master of Science (MSc) in Food Science & Technology

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Ice Cream, Dairy

• Age 30 to 50 years
• Only Male

• Possess knowledge of ice cream production & manufacturing operations. 

• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety & Hygiene. 

• Production planning, team management, and problem‑solving skills. 

• How to control production cost, yield, wastage, and efficiency. 

• Knowledge of ERP/MRP and MS Excel. 

• Leadership, communication, decision‑making, and coordination skills. Preferred Attributes :

• Experience in an ice cream/dairy/FMCG manufacturing company. 

• Knowledge of production machinery and cold‑chain operations. 

• Work under pressure. Manage multi‑shift production operations.

• Manage planning as a head of production and operations to achieve production targets.

• Supervise the ice cream manufacturing process from mix preparation to packaging and cold storage.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and SOP standards.

• Monitor production efficiency, yield, wastage, manpower, and material utilization.

• Coordinate with QA/QC, operations, engineering, supply chain, warehouse, procurement, and planning teams.

• Identify production issues. Implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and losses.

• Lead, train, and manage the production team effectively.

• Support product trials, process improvement, formulation, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement initiatives.

• Review production reports and ensure proper production documentation.

• Any other task assigned by management.
