Job Responsibilities
T-shirt-এর উপর DTF print sticker heat press machine-এর মাধ্যমে প্রিন্ট করা।
Print quality এবং placement সঠিকভাবে নিশ্চিত করা।
Printed T-shirt checking, folding এবং poly করার মাধ্যমে dispatch-এর জন্য ready করা।
Production order অনুযায়ী কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
Heat press machine ও অন্যান্য equipment সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার ও maintain করা।
কাজের জায়গা পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য production ও office-related কাজে সহযোগিতা করা।
Educational QualificationMinimum SSC Pass.
Educational qualification-এর চেয়ে কাজ শেখার আগ্রহ ও দায়িত্বশীলতাকে বেশি গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হবে।
Experience
DTF printing / Heat Press-এর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
Fresher-রাও apply করতে পারবেন, যদি শেখার আগ্রহ থাকে।
Additional Requirements
বয়স 18–30 বছর।
পরিশ্রমী, দায়িত্বশীল ও punctual হতে হবে।
দীর্ঘ সময় দাঁড়িয়ে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
দ্রুত এবং নির্ভুলভাবে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
Team-এর সঙ্গে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
Working Hours
11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Overtime: Company policy অনুযায়ী overtime facility প্রদান করা হবে।
