Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

Candidates with additional professional qualifications will be preferred.

Strong experience in 100% Knit Garments Production with sound knowledge of Sewing, Cutting, Finishing, and production planning processes.

Proven expertise in handling large-scale production operations and multiple production lines.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, productivity improvement, line balancing, capacity planning, and cost reduction.

Experience in working with reputed international buyers and maintaining buyer-specific quality and delivery requirements will be an advantage.

Strong leadership, team management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Plan, organize, and monitor day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets within the required quality and delivery timelines.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and production capacity.

Monitor line efficiency, productivity, DHU, WIP, rework, rejection, and production performance.

Ensure smooth production flow from cutting input to finishing and shipment.

Analyze production bottlenecks and take effective corrective actions to improve efficiency.

Coordinate closely with Planning, IE, Quality, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Maintenance, Merchandising, and Compliance teams.

Ensure production is carried out according to approved specifications, buyer requirements, and quality standards.

Develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and reducing production costs.

Lead and motivate production teams and ensure proper manpower allocation.

Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and performance analysis.

Ensure proper implementation of company policies, production SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Handle production-related issues and ensure timely resolution to meet shipment deadlines.

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and waste reduction.
