Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the day-to-day production operations of Sweets and Dairy products.
Assist in production planning and ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor production processes to maintain product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other production resources.
Maintain daily production records and prepare necessary reports.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, Procurement, and other relevant departments.
Follow GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other applicable food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor production activities and report any issues to the Production Manager/Senior Management.
Assist in reducing production losses, wastage, and improving production efficiency.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic production environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
