Responsibilities:

• Pulp production as per the paper machine, paper quality & cost requirements.

• Maintain the raw materials and chemical usage ratio as per the standard ratio.

• Stock preparation, ETP, WTP, sludge board machine operation as per SOP.

• Fiber recovery maximum & fiber loss minimum as per standard fiber balance.

• ETP operation as per DOE requirements & zero discharge plan implementation.

• Power consumption, water consumption, and chemical consumption as per standard.
