Additional Requirements:

Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in plant operations, preferably within LPG, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.·
Age preferably not exceeding 40 years (flexible for highly experienced candidates).·
Strong understanding of plant operations, maintenance systems, and safety compliance·
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, ERPNext, etc.)·
Proven expertise in logistics and supply chain operations·
Strong people management and stakeholder engagement capability·
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability·
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)·
Experience in multinational or large-scale industrial environments will be an advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the seamless operation of LPG Filling Plant, Terminal activities, and Cylinder Management systems to ensure business continuity.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to ensure maximum uptime and asset reliability.
Ensure adherence to national and international HSE standards, regulatory compliance, and company governance frameworks.
Lead logistics operations covering cylinder and bulk movement, ensuring efficiency across inbound and outbound supply chains.
Manage and optimize performance of Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs) to support nationwide demand fulfilment.
Align production planning with demand forecasts to ensure timely and cost-effective supply delivery.
Drive data-driven initiatives to reduce operational costs, improve efficiency, and enhance safety performance.
Lead plant expansion, storage development, and infrastructure enhancement projects in line with strategic growth objectives.
