Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and execute comprehensive audits, including financial, IT, and operational reviews, often following a risk-based approach.
Identify, assess, and manage key operational, financial, and compliance risks, creating mitigation strategies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying deficiencies and recommending improvements.
Prepare and present detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations to management and the Audit Committee.
Conduct audits, analyze data and report findings to management, providing recommendations to improve processes, prevent fraud & ensure robust risk management.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Recommend improvements to workflows, increasing efficiency and cost savings.
Job Other Benifits:
Salary: Basic salary: BDT 261,014/-, House rent: Free Accommodation, Conveyance: BDT 12,283/- & Medical allowance: BDT 12,283/- per month.
Other Benefits: As per company policy.
