SUN GAS LIMITED is one of the largest LP Gas company in Bangladesh, looking for an outstanding professional for the following position:

General Manager: (1 Post)

Job Description/Responsibility:

• Implementing company's policy and any changes directing towards growth, profits and increasing shareholder returns

• Ensuring that the company strategy is geared and shared towards the Board of Directors and managing accordingly.

• Identifying operational performance measures and understanding of finance related issues in order to analyze company performance.

• Responsible for growing the business, creating jobs, and providing shareholder return, making a difference to society can be incredibly satisfying.

• Planning, directing & leading all the operations and commercial activities.

• Spearheading the branch P & L with full responsibility for the achievement of short-term business goals analyzing financial statements, sales, and other activity reports

• Having Dynamic Leadership for Human Resource, Marketing Strategy and Project Compiling data and analyzing past & current year revenue figures and market opportunities to prepare expected revenue and justify proposed sales targets.

• Enforcing compliance with all company's policies and procedures &business related legal, regulatory requirements.

• Defining & managing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy & planning to expand the business in new markets.

• Salary: Basic salary: BDT 307,350/-, House rent: Free Accommodation, Conveyance: BDT 6,147/- & Medical allowance: BDT 12,294/- per month. Other Benefits: As per company policy.
