Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare accurate price quotations, commercial offers, and BOQs based on customer requirements and project specifications.
Review and understand I/O (Input/Output) summaries, BOQs, technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure quotations are technically and commercially compliant with client requirements.
Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain technical information, product specifications, availability, and pricing.
Support the sales team in resolving technical queries, product selection, system compatibility, and costing-related issues.
