Responsibilities & Context:

*Manage and supervise BMS (Building Management System) projects from design and engineering through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

*Review BMS drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, control philosophy, and project requirements.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP contractors, and other project stakeholders.

* Lead BMS engineers and technicians in project execution and site activities.

* Develop and review BMS control logic, graphics, point lists, I/O schedules, and system architecture.

* Supervise installation and integration of HVAC, AHU, FCU, Chiller, Pump, VFD, sensors, meters, and other field devices with BMS.

* Perform BMS programming, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.

* Ensure proper integration of BMS with other systems such as Fire Alarm, Energy Management, Access Control, and HVAC systems.

* Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and resources to ensure timely completion.

* Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

* Prepare technical reports, testing & commissioning reports, as-built drawings, and other project documentation.

* Troubleshoot system faults and coordinate with suppliers/OEMs for technical support when required.

* Attend client meetings, site meetings, and technical discussions.

* Support preparation of technical offers, quotations, tenders, and project cost estimates.

* Provide technical guidance and training to engineers, technicians, and clients.

* Ensure successful project handover and provide after-sales technical support when required.
