• Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Age 22 to 48 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• 3–4+ years of professional experience in Interior Design / Architecture / Design & Build.

• Practical experience in Interior Detailing, BOQ, Space Planning, and Material Selection.

• Experience handling interior projects, client meetings, project deals, and sales conversion.

• Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design principles.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.

• Strong understanding of space planning, layouts, materials, furniture, kitchen, and complete interior solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Strong sales and business development mindset.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to deliver quality design solutions within tight deadlines.

• Lead architectural and interior design concepts from initial idea to project execution.

• Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, budget, and project expectations.

• Develop fast, practical, and creative design solutions according to client demands.

• Prepare and review floor plans, layouts, elevations, drawings, and design presentations.

• Conduct professional client meetings, site visits, and design presentations.

• Present design concepts, materials, layouts, and project solutions clearly and confidently.

• Support interior sales, lead follow-up, negotiation, and project conversion.

• Maintain accurate lead, meeting, quotation, and follow-up updates in the CRM.

• Achieve assigned sales and project conversion targets.

• Manage multiple client opportunities and projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.

• Coordinate with CRM, Sales, Project Management, Factory, and Execution teams.

• Prepare regular reports on leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Ensure client requirements are properly communicated and followed through to execution.
