Responsibilities & Context:
To prepare and maintain PI,PO,CI,PL etc.
To maintain import documents
To prepare and maintain bank documents essential for commercial purposes
To prepare and maintain custom house documents
To maintain contacts with client commercial departments in case of client LC
To forecast about customs duty and other expenses at least 20 days ahead of the schedule
To maintain all the agents related to imports and commercial
To maintain VAT/TAX/AIT as per commercial essentials.
