• Diploma in Refrigeration and air Conditioning
• Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Real Estate, HVAC System, Developer

• Age At least 24 years

• To make schedule every afternoon for next days jobs

• To allocate necessary manpower

• To manage to deliver necessary materials in coordination with top management and relevant other departments

• To meet clients and provide urgent decisions on time in coordination with top management and relevant departments

• To maintain vendors and keep updates

• To report daily project wise updates

• To attend client complaints on time and take necessary actions as per the terms.

• To generate offers and bills for service jobs

• To check all vouchers within own departments

• To prepare forecasted reports for necessary manpower and materials at least 20 days ahead and present to top management.
