• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in Commercial, Banking, Finance, or Company-to-Bank / Bank-related operations.

• Manage and oversee the company’s commercial operations effectively.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

• Maintain strong professional relationships with banks and financial institutions.

• Handle Company-to-Bank / Bank-related commercial activities and ensure smooth coordination.

• Make quick, accurate, and appropriate business decisions when required.

• Lead, motivate, and effectively manage the commercial team.

• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Prepare regular reports, analyses, and updates for higher management.

• Ensure effective coordination between commercial, finance, accounts, and other relevant departments.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain efficient commercial processes.
