Responsibilities & Context:
- Regular field visits for client hunting
- Generate qualified leads and convert to sales
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Promote ongoing apartment projects
- Participate in promotional activities
- Ensure regular client follow-up and documentation
