Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for

1.      Team leader of marketing department.

2.      Planning and executing the overall marketing strategy for Assetsheba.com. This role includes developing and managing campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinating brand messaging, and overseeing the creation of marketing materials.

3. Will analyze market trends, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies. Customer acquisition, and retention. Daily activities involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing external agencies or vendors, and ensuring consistent communication across social media, website, email, and events. The role also includes budgeting, reporting on campaign outcomes, and identifying new opportunities to promote company services.

Qualifications

·        Strong skills in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand positioning.

·        Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce knowledge and experience with online marketplaces or platforms.

·        Experience with digital marketing practices, including social media management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.

·        Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and interpret performance metrics to guide decision-making.

·        Proficiency in content creation and copywriting for marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

·        Previous experience in a marketing management or similar role, preferably within a technology or service-oriented company.

·        Comfort working on-site in Dhaka and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Educational Qualification:

 * Any degree acceptable. Working confident and skill is priority.
