Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver an excellent in-store customer experience
- Understand customer needs and present product features, benefits, and solutions
- Drive sales by recommending suitable products, upselling, and closing deals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly and professionally
- Process transactions accurately and maintain proper sales records
- Build long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback on customer preferences to management
Educational Requirements
- Minimum HSC or equivalent educational background.
- Candidates with strong skills and confidence will be given priority.
Experience Requirements
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Competencies & Skills
Online Competencies:
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Comfortable using POS systems, digital payment methods, and CRM tools
- Familiar with social media and online communication for customer engagement.
