Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
* Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
* Handle client inquiries, follow-ups and negotiations.
* Prepare sales reports and maintain proper client records.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Conduct market research and support business development activities.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by management.

Educational Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Experience
* 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales.
* Experience in Travel Agency / Tour Operator / Airline / Corporate Sales will be preferred.

Requirements
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong client relationship management ability.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits
BDT 20,000 – 40,000 depending on experience, skills and performance.
Other benefits will be provided as per company policy.
