Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of Sales Representatives (SRs) and Assistant Sales Representatives (ASRs), drive sales and distribution, and ensure effective execution of market activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate SRs and ASRs to achieve assigned sales, volume, and distribution targets.
Supervise daily field activities through regular market visits and provide on-the-job coaching.
Ensure effective route planning, market coverage, distribution, OOS management, and sales execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and trade partners.
Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market intelligence to the Sales Manager.
Ensure timely and effective execution of assigned cycle activities and company initiatives.
Monitor daily and monthly SR performance against PFP targets through HRMS.
Coordinate with relevant support teams to ensure smooth market operations.
