Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly & annual sales targets and drive revenue growth
Expand retail coverage, outlet activation, and market share
Manage distributors, dealers, and retail relationships
Ensure stock availability and smooth distribution operations
Lead and supervise TSO, SR, merchandisers, and field teams
Conduct regular market visits and performance reviews
Identify new markets and growth opportunities
Monitor collections, outstanding dues, and financial performance
Coordinate with warehouse & logistics for efficient supply chain
Prepare sales reports, analyze market data, and track KPIs
Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, and tobacco regulations
