Salary: Negotiable

Experience:

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Beauty Parlor/Saloon/Spa

• HSC

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Junayna is a growing cosmetics and skincare retail brand, looking for energetic, customer-focused and experienced Sales Executives for our outlets in Mirpur and Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum HSC

• Candidates with relevant educational background will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty retail or related sales.

• Experience in a retail outlet or beauty/cosmetics store will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable makeup and skincare products.

• Explain product features, benefits, usage and pricing to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.

• Handle customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Maintain proper product display and outlet cleanliness.

• Assist with stock checking and product arrangement.

• Maintain good customer relationships.

• Perform other day-to-day responsibilities related to outlet operations.

    Salary

    Tk. 12,000 - 18,000 per month

    Salary will be offered based on experience, skills and overall suitability.

    Working Hours

    Mirpur Outlet: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM
    Dhanmondi Outlet: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, depending on market timing.
