GlowBD is a leading K-beauty and skincare e-commerce store in Bangladesh. We're looking for some intern Sales Executive with solid Korean skincare product knowledge who can guide customers and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, inbox leads and walk-in queries, and convert them into orders

• Recommend the right K-beauty products based on skin type and concern

• Follow up with leads and repeat customers to grow sales

• Confirm orders and keep sales records in Google Sheets

• Meet monthly sales targets

• Share customer feedback and product demand with the team

Employment Status: Full-time

Workplace: Work at office

Education: HSC or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)

Experience: At least 1 year in K-beauty or skincare sales. More experience is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of K-beauty brands, ingredients and skincare routines (must)

• Fluent Bangla and English, both spoken and written

• Confident on the phone and persuasive with customers

• Basic computer skills and Google Sheets

Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka

Salary: BDT 12,000 to 18,000 (monthly)
