What We’re Looking For

• Base skills required: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
• Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics
• Able to read and write Bangla and English well
• Strong sense of storytelling, sound, and visual polish
• Creative mindset with an eye for beauty and lifestyle aesthetics
• Portfolio / showreel is required
• Educational qualification is not required
• Beauty, skincare, or influencer content experience will get special advantage

GlowBD is Bangladesh’s trusted destination for authentic beauty and skincare. We are hiring a Video Editor to create scroll-stopping content for our brand, campaigns, and social platforms.

Work Details

• Full-time · On-site

• 6 days a week

Office: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka

Major Responsibilities

• Edit videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms

• Create reels, ads, tutorials, campaign videos, and before-after showcases

• Add motion graphics, transitions, text overlays, music, and visual effects

• Do color correction, sound cleanup, and polish for publish-ready output

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team for brand consistency

• Optimize videos for each platform and deliver within campaign deadlines

Salary: 20-25k (Negotiable based on experience) Yearly increment 2 festival bonuses Performance incentive 6-month probation period Other facilities as per office rules
