Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (Honors/BBA) from a reputed university.
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the lubricant or automotive industry is preferred; fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in corporate / industrial sales, or distribution management will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of lubricant products and basic automotive applications.
Customer relationship management and dealer development capability.
Market analysis, sales forecasting, and territory planning skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and mobile/field sales applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Result-oriented mindset with strong time management and multitasking ability.
Ability to work independently in field-based sales roles.
Corporate Sales personnel will be responsible for driving corporate and institutional lubricant sales by formulating and executing strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives. The role focuses on developing and managing key corporate accounts, expanding B2B partnerships, and strengthening long-term client relationships to achieve sustainable revenue growth. This position also oversees market expansion initiatives, pricing and contract negotiations to ensure profitability, market competitiveness, and brand leadership in the lubricant segment.
Key Responsibilities
Support implementation of industrial lubricants sales strategies.
Achieve industrial sales volume, value, and margin targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Handle industrial customer’s and day to day account activities.
Identify and develop new industrial customers, OEMs, and project business.
Analyze competitor’s strategy & behavior, business & product performance of each segment.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, customer visit and MIS reports for management review.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements.
Maintain compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Follow up on receivables and support overdue collections.
Ensure proper product application and customer satisfaction.
