Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities & Context

• Call existing customers and introduce relevant Khidmah Shop products based on their previous purchase and needs.

• Understand customer requirements through effective conversation and recommend suitable products.

• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, price, and offers to customers.

• Convert customer conversations into confirmed orders through effective sales techniques.

• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Follow up with interested customers and potential leads when required.

• Cross-sell and upsell relevant products without creating pressure on customers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, follow-ups, and customer feedback.

• Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales and order targets.

• Coordinate with the Customer Service, Order Processing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Maintain professional communication and represent the Khidmah Shop brand positively in every customer interaction.

• Follow company sales guidelines, scripts, policies, and customer communication standards.

• Continuously improve sales, communication, product knowledge, and customer-handling skills.

Role Context

This is a Telesales-focused position, not a traditional customer service role. The primary responsibility is to communicate with customers, understand their needs, recommend the right products, and generate sales while maintaining customer trust and a positive brand experience.

Candidates with previous Call Center, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Telesales experience will be preferred.
