Job Summary

TQIU INTERNATIONAL (BD) LTD. is seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations within the assigned territory, develop market opportunities, manage dealer networks, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans for the assigned territory.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.

• Expand dealer networks and identify new business opportunities.

• Conduct regular market visits and monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Monitor sales performance, collections, and market coverage.

• Prepare regular sales and market reports for management.

• Resolve customer/dealer issues and support overall business growth.
