Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make quarterly marketing strategic plan basis on analyzing monthly market information.
∎ Collect marketing information of other organizations in the lubricant market, regular monitoring of sales pattern and inform to the higher management.
∎ To create a marketing information database through visits and surveys.
∎ Implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
∎ Recommend marketing support plans for branding activities.
∎ Establish relationships with customers through marketing channel.
∎ Demonstrate the needs of the POS materials and make the material as per demand.
∎ Analyze marketing information & provide recommendation to increase sales activities.
∎ Coordinate promotions and advertising efforts of branding activities.
∎ Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records.
∎ Competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion.
∎ Organizing mechanic, dealer & industrial meet programs around the year with the help of sales force and distribution channel.
∎ Maintain & coordinate with the marketing channel partners.
∎ Digital Marketing & Branding.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
∎ Should have good physical fitness and passion for job.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Driving motorcycle will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidates must have the ability to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
