Job Summary:
We are looking for an entry-level professional to support our Marketing Operations team by managing bill processing, vendor coordination, and stock/inventory tracking of showroom marketing materials. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency in computer applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify, process, and track bills from vendors/suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain records of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
Accurately enter data into the company's software system.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
Generate reports related to bill processing and data entry.
Maintain records of showroom merchandising and marketing materials, ensuring stock accuracy.
Assist the marketing team with other operational and administrative tasks as needed.
