Responsibilities & Context:

Deposit Mobilization: Achieve assigned CASA and overall deposit targets, prioritizing low-cost CASA while generating quality FDR and other deposits where appropriate.

Customer Acquisition: Identify, approach and onboard New-to-Bank customers from corporate, multinational, government, institutional, SME and HNI segments.

Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, conduct regular client visits, understand customer needs and offer suitable liability solutions.

Pipeline & Sales Planning: Maintain an updated prospect database and sales pipeline, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans, follow up on leads, and track proposals through to fund placement.

CASA Growth & Retention: Promote transactional banking to build sustainable operating balances, monitor portfolio inflows/outflows and maturities, and take proactive steps to retain deposits and deepen wallet share.

Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with Bank policies, Bangladesh Bank regulations and AML/CFT requirements, including proper KYC, accurate documentation, approved pricing, and prompt escalation of suspicious activity.

Coordination & Reporting: Work with Branches and other units for smooth onboarding and service, maintain records of sales activities, submit timely reports, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
