• Ability to work independently in rural and field-based environments

• Customer-focused mindset

• Basic reporting and data management skills

• Knowledge of ISP/ CATV/ Telecom sales is an added advantage

• Manage existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.

• Conduct regular market visits to acquire new clients and onboard them successfully.

• Create new markets and develop business in existing rural territories.

• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.

• Manage assigned rural territories to achieve sales and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, franchise partners, and clients.

• Support business development activities including franchise fee collection and device sales.

• Coordinate with the finance team for recovery of outstanding dues.

• Develop, train, and lead the sales team to achieve assigned KPIs and business targets while effectively monitoring Salesforce activities and performance.

• Monitor area-wise costs and maintain proper documentation of expenses.

• Collaborate with internal teams including Transmission, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and WiFi Haat teams.
