Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 02 (two) years of experience in Liability Marketing Unit (LMU) or deposit mobilization. Relevant experience must be from any reputed commercial bank.

- Should not exceed 35 years as on 21 January 2026. (Age may be relaxed for highly experienced and potential candidates)
Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary:
Senior Officer/Officer-Liability Marketing Unit (LMU) will be responsible for achieving assigned deposit mobilization targets through effective customer acquisition, relationship management, and business development activities. The role involves building and maintaining a strong customer base, promoting the bank’s liability products, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. This is a target based position requiring strong communication, negotiation skills and a result oriented mindset to contribute to the bank’s overall business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned liability business targets (Current Accounts, Savings Products, and Fixed Deposits etc.)
- Develop, manage, and expand a strong personal customer base.
- Acquire new clients and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Promote bank’s liability products in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and submit business performance reports as required.
