Job Responsibilities:
Develop new B2B industrial customers within the assigned sector.
Visit factories, construction projects, workshops, ready-mix plants and industrial customers regularly.
Communicate with Purchase, Procurement, Maintenance, Production, Engineering and Plant Management departments.
Identify customer requirements and collect necessary information such as product specifications, part numbers, samples, drawings, photos and technical data.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals and commercial offers.
Follow up inquiries and quotations until order confirmation.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
Develop new customer databases and identify potential industries and projects.
Coordinate with technical and management teams for product selection, pricing and delivery.
Monitor competitor activities, customer demand and market developments.
Prepare daily visit reports, weekly follow-up reports and monthly sales plans.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
