Responsibilities & Context:
· Communicate with prospective clients through phone calls and follow-ups
· Generate leads and convert potential clients into site visits and sales opportunities
· Maintain client databases and follow-up records using Excel/CRM
· Present project information professionally to prospective buyers
· Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets
· At least 1–2 years of experience specifically in Tele-Sales within a Real Estate company.
· Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in both Bengali and English.
