• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MBA in Marketing/Management will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Drive Corporate, Enterprise, Broadband & FTTH customer acquisition
• Achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue and customer acquisition targets
• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Identify new markets, business opportunities and potential customers
• Expand the company’s customer base and market presence across Dhaka and nationwide
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and key customers
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales activities
• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and regular performance reports for management

• Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh ISP market.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities
• Excellent business development and relationship-management skills

• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Willingness to travel as required
