3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in ISP, Telecom, Broadband, FTTH or Corporate/Enterprise Internet Sales will be highly preferred.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh ISP market.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and team-management capabilities
Excellent business development and relationship-management skills
Highly motivated, proactive and target-oriented
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Willingness to travel as required

AlwaysOn Network Bangladesh Ltd. is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth across Dhaka and nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Drive Corporate, Enterprise, Broadband & FTTH customer acquisition
Achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue and customer acquisition targets
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Identify new markets, business opportunities and potential customers
Expand the company’s customer base and market presence across Dhaka and nationwide
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and key customers
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales activities
Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and regular performance reports for management
