Responsibilities & Context:
SOMBHAVONA is expanding its operations and business activities across Bangladesh. To strengthen our regional operations, we are looking for dynamic, responsible, and result-oriented Area Managers for the Rajshahi and Rangpur Divisions.
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing overall activities within their assigned area, building and managing teams, increasing sales, developing business opportunities, and achieving assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise overall activities within the assigned area.
Build, lead, manage, and regularly monitor the team.
Assist in recruiting and training new members/team members.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and business activities.
Plan and execute activities to achieve assigned sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide necessary guidance and support.
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Maintain strong communication with team members and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure all activities are conducted according to company policies and guidelines.
Prepare and submit regular activity, sales, and performance reports.
Take necessary initiatives to improve overall regional performance.
