Fresh graduates may apply, but admin experience is preferred
Must be able to multitask (Accounts + Administration)

Be in charge of daily office administration and document management.
Handle full set of company accounts, daily bookkeeping, revenue and expenditure reconciliation, and financial documents filing.
Independently complete all tax declarations, including monthly VAT, AIT and other tax returns to NBR.
Calculate staff salary, manage daily cash and bank accounts.
Coordinate and communicate with tax bureau and relevant government departments.
Complete other office and financial work arranged by the superior.
Social Media Marketing & page management
Create and upload content for Facebook, Instagram & other platforms
Basic Graphic Design using Adobe Photoshop / Canva
Video Editing for social media content
Assist with marketing and promotional activities
Handle daily office and administrative activities
Maintain office files, documents, and records
Receive phone calls and communicate with clients professionally
Manage schedules, meetings, and office coordination
Assist management with administrative support and reporting
Perform data entry, email communication, and internet browsing
Welcome visitors and maintain professional office environment
Monitor office supplies and support overall office management
