Responsibilities & Context:

Maidecal Seiko Technology is looking for an experienced and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our industrial machinery in the Bangladesh market.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, conducting regular factory visits, understanding technical requirements, preparing quotations, following up with potential customers, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Search for and develop new customers in Bangladesh.

• Regularly visit factories, engineering companies, steel industries, construction companies, workshops, and manufacturing plants.

• Develop sales for industrial machinery.

• Understand customers' technical and production requirements.

• Recommend suitable machinery, blades, and technical solutions.

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, telephone communication, networking, and online research.

• Prepare quotations and commercial offers.

• Conduct regular follow-up with potential and existing customers.

• Negotiate with customers and close sales successfully.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

• Collect competitor, pricing, and market information.

• Develop business opportunities in major industrial areas including Bangladesh.

• Maintain proper records of customer visits, inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.
