Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct extensive daily market research to identify prospects across schools, colleges, SMEs, clinics, and real estate/construction companies.
Qualify prospects by identifying business need, decision-making authority, expected budget, implementation timeline and existing operational problems.
Maintain a strict daily outreach discipline: minimum 20+ cold/warm phone calls and WhatsApp/email introductions per day.
Execute 10+ direct physical field visits and arrange 8–10 live software product demos per month.
Collect requirements and prepare proposal notes; coordinate with management and the technical team for final scope, pricing, quotation and commercial proposal approval.
Conduct systematic and persistent follow-up on pending proposals, address client objections and support management during commercial negotiations.
Maintain 100% CRM hygiene by updating lead status, decision-maker notes, next follow-up actions, and expected deal values daily.
