• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Target-oriented with strong sales and market development ability.

• Good knowledge of dealer and territory management.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.

• Develop new dealers and expand the company's distribution network.

• Conduct regular dealer visits and ensure effective market coverage.

• Collect orders and ensure timely delivery of products.

• Generate product order and ensure payments collection timely.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.

• Monitor competitors' activities, pricing and market trends.

• Implement sales and promotional activities as per company policy.

• Ensure product availability and proper market coverage within the assigned territory.

• Prepare regular sales and market reports for management.
