Responsibilities & Context:
Job Purpose The Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) is responsible for driving overall sales volume, revenue, and distributor network expansion across a major geographic Zone (comprising multiple Districts).
Sales Target Achievement Drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly regional sales goals mapped to specific home appliance SKUs.
Network Expansion Build and manage dealer, distributor, and retail showroom networks within the assigned zone.
Team Leadership Supervise, train, and motivate area sales representatives and showroom staff.
Market Analysis Monitor local competitor pricing, promotional schemes, and consumer demand trends.
Channel Relations Maintain positive trade relations, manage credit terms, and ensure timely product delivery and payment collections.
