Responsibilities & Context:
- Daily visit to potential customers
- Develop and execute actionable sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics updates
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to refine pricing and product positioning.
- Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales quotas, regularly evaluating individual and team metrics.
- Monitor the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and software demonstrations to complex contract negotiations and deal closures.
- Take the lead on strategic enterprise accounts, nurturing long-term partnerships with high-value clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align software offerings with client feedback and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
