Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic marketing and Sales Assistant Manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Credit card, insurance and Loan/ Land Development industry/ Hotel & Resort Time Share. This candidate should have at least 3 to 5years of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
To achieve target of monthly, quarterly & yearly sales.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Share/ownership.
To follow up with further steps of the sales process.
Searching and expansion of new markets.
Any other task given by the management
