Job Context

Sadiq Essentials is expanding its HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) distribution channel across Dhaka. We are looking for a field-based Sales Representative to visit restaurants, build relationships with owners and purchase managers, and generate recurring orders for our FMCG product range.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants, cafés, and hotels within an assigned route on a daily basis

• Onboard new restaurant clients and maintain relationships with existing accounts

• Collect and record orders directly from outlets using the company's mobile sales app

• Follow the assigned beat plan to ensure consistent, repeat visit coverage

• Coordinate with the delivery/warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Maintain accurate outlet-level records: order history, contact details, visit notes

• Achieve monthly sales and new-account onboarding targets

• Handle basic negotiation on pricing and credit terms within company policy

• Report daily visit and sales activity to the Area/Sales Manager
