Experience:

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

• Relevant certifications in HSE, ISPS, or operations management will be an added advantage.

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in plant/terminal operations, preferably in LPG, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors.·        

• Sound knowledge of terminal operations, maintenance practices, and safety compliance frameworks.·        

• Familiarity with port operations, tanker handling, and regulatory compliance requirements.·        

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and cost control.·        

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional coordination.·        

• Good communication skills in English (both oral and verbal communication).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety & Quality (HSEQ) standards across all operational activities.

• Oversee RAMP operations, ensuring production and maintenance targets are achieved efficiently.

• Manage CRP (Cylinder Requalification Plant) operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and maintenance benchmarks.

• Act as Loading Master for ship loading and unloading activities, ensuring safe and timely execution.

• Perform responsibilities as Deputy Port Facility Security Officer (DPFSO) in compliance with ISPS Code and port regulations.

• Supervise tanker operations, including loading, unloading, and maintenance coordination.

• Ensure uninterrupted management of utility systems supporting plant operations.

• Maintain and manage all government compliance documentation related to Mongla Terminal operations.

• Drive cost minimization initiatives through operational efficiency and resource optimization.

• Support and coordinate project execution within the Terminal and CRP, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
